How to make roast pork ribs with pear sauce

2.1 Wash the carrots and cut them into thick slices (if using sweet potatoes, potatoes, or pumpkins, cut them into thick slices as well). Cover the bottom of the Lékué cooking box with the carrot slices. If you don’t have a Lékué cooking box, you can use a baking tray.

3.2 Cut the pork ribs into appropriate lengths and put them into a sealed box. Cover and shake well to allow each piece of ribs to be soaked in the marinade. Put it in the refrigerator for more than 12 hours.

4. Brush the carrots with oil and sprinkle with a little salt

5. Place the marinated ribs on the carrots, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, cover with the Lékué cooking box and bake in the middle layer of the oven for 1 hour. If you use a baking tray, cover with tin foil and bake in the middle layer of the oven for 1.5 hours (the Lékué cooking box has good sealing, so the baking time is slightly shorter)

6. Open the cooking box or uncover the tin foil, adjust the oven temperature to 200 degrees, brush the ribs with a proper amount of honey, and bake for another 10-20 minutes until the surface of the ribs is colored, and sprinkle with a proper amount of cooked sesame seeds when out of the oven
