How to cook tea tree mushrooms and bean curd

There are actually many things to pay attention to when it comes to making a good dish. Of course, cooking is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Everything is difficult at the beginning. First prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and then start cooking tea tree mushrooms and bean curd.

1. Dried tea tree mushrooms and yuba (bean curd)

2. Soak the tea tree mushroom in warm water

3. Cut the yuba into pieces and soak them in cold water

4. Remove the stems of the soaked tea tree mushrooms, wash and cut into sections

5. Drain the soaked yuba and set aside

6. Cut red pepper into strips, ginger into strips, and garlic into slices

7. Prepare soy sauce, oyster sauce and shacha sauce

8. When the oil is 80% cooked, add the tea tree mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute

9. Then add shredded ginger, garlic slices and yuba and stir-fry

10. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of shacha sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce and a little salt and continue to stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed.

11. Finally, sprinkle the red pepper shreds and stir-fry evenly before serving.

12. Serve
