1. Wash the lettuce tips and break them into 4 halves.

2. Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil and blanch the washed lettuce (adding oil is to keep the color of the vegetable green)

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, cook for about a minute, then remove the lettuce, drain the water, cut into 2 pieces and place on a plate. (You can also rinse with cold water if you like)

4. Take a small bowl and put chopped garlic and light soy sauce into it. Filter out the garlic, pour the sauce on the lettuce on the plate, add a few drops of sesame oil and you can start eating. (The minced garlic is filtered out for good-looking photos. You don’t have to filter it. The light soy sauce can be replaced with oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, etc.)
