1.1 Then add 2 tablespoons of flour and continue kneading. Marinate for another 5 minutes. Rub the pig's stomach repeatedly with both hands and then rinse with clean water.

6. Bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook for about 1 hour until the pig's stomach can be easily pierced by chopsticks.

7. Take out the cooked pork belly and soak it in ice water to cool down.

8. Take a sealed container, pour in the marinade, put in the pork stomach, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. (If it is a whole pork belly, cut it in half first, then marinate it so that it is flavorful inside and out.)

9. When eating, cut into small pieces
