9. Prepare the clay pot and pour the meat and soup from the stir-fry into the clay pot

10. Pour the meat and soup into the clay pot

11. After boiling, turn to low heat, cover with lid and simmer for 1 hour

12. After stewing for one hour, pour the meat into a wok, add appropriate amount of rock sugar, stir-fry until the rock sugar melts, then pour in appropriate amount of stewed meat soup, bring to a boil, and thicken the soup. You can add salt in moderation. Then serve
