How to cook pork chops?

Pork chops are a common ingredient in daily life. They are not only nutritious, but also have particularly tender meat, so they are deeply loved by people. In fact, in life, there are three ways to cook pork chops, namely fried pork chops, pan-fried pork chops, and grilled pork chops. Fried pork chops are the simplest and also the most frequently used.

1. Fried pork cutlet

Ingredients: 3 pork chops, salt, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, 1 egg

How to make fried pork chop

1. Wash the pork chops first and dry them with kitchen paper or towel.

2. Place the pork chop on a dry cutting board and hit it with the back of a knife. Be careful not to use too much force. Hit it horizontally and vertically, and on both the front and back.

3. After beating, apply salt, coat all over with cornstarch, then coat with egg, and finally with breadcrumbs. Put it in a plate without water, wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then take it out and fry it.

4. You can add more oil, fry one side until it is golden brown first and then fry the other side.

5. The fragrant pork chops are ready. When they cool down a bit, you can cut them into small pieces and eat them with tomato sauce.

2. Pan-fried pork chops

Ingredients: two pork chops (300g), appropriate amount of black pepper, and about 3g of salt. 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1g sugar, 1 tablespoon cooking oil

How to make fried pork chops

1. First, pat both sides of the pork chops with the back of a knife, then add salt and black pepper, spread evenly with your hands, and marinate for 10 minutes. (Press the meat with the back of the knife like you are chopping meat, this will make it more flavorful and not feel dry and hard when eaten)

2. Sauce: prepare a small bowl, add 1g sugar, two spoons of light soy sauce, and two spoons of cooking wine, and mix well.

3. Turn on high heat, put a spoonful of oil in the pan, put in the pork chops when the oil is hot, fry each side for one minute, then turn over. After frying both sides for one minute, use medium heat and fry slowly. In order to ensure that the meat on both sides is heated evenly during the frying process, you can use chopsticks to constantly turn it over. (Don’t use too much oil, especially if there is fat on the pork chops, as oil will be released during the frying process.)

4. Fry on medium heat for about 6 minutes, pour in the sauce in 2, and fry for another 4 minutes until the sauce is absorbed. (Pork should be cooked thoroughly. During the frying process, you can see the meat change from white to golden yellow. It does not have to be completely golden yellow. If it turns black, it is over-fried and the meat will be too hard.)

Ingredients: 500g raw pork chops, 10g black pepper, about 5g salt, 20g June fresh soy sauce, half a lemon, 5-10g tomato sauce (optional)

How to make grilled pork chops

1. Sprinkle black pepper, lemon juice, salt and a small amount of light soy sauce on both sides of the pork chops, massage the meat so that it can be more flavorful, and marinate for more than 6 hours to 24 hours so that it is easier to bake.

2. Put the pork chops into the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes, turning once. If you like a slightly sweet and sour taste, brush a thick layer of tomato sauce on it before putting it in the oven. You can take a look at the results of Dongma’s recent roasted pork chops.

3. When the time is up, take the pork chops out of the oven and check whether they are cooked through. If not, bake for an additional 10 minutes. If it is cooked through, cut along the direction of the bones, cut into pieces and place on a plate. A twist of black pepper would be even better.

Tips

The roasting process of meat is like this: as long as the meat is not too old, it will be cooked in about 20 minutes; but if you continue to roast it, it will become hard again, and it will need to be roasted for a very long time before it will be tender and delicious again.

In our family, it always takes this long, and at most we add 5-10 minutes if we want the skin to be crispier. I wrote this recipe to record the method so that I can bake delicious food every time, so there is nothing that is not mentioned.

Some people find that the result is not satisfactory after baking. If the recipe is not deleted or modified, then the problem can only be with the meat or the oven temperature. After all, there is still a big difference between meat and meat.

If you feel that your oven is not powerful enough, you can bake it at 220 degrees.
