4. Add the pig's trotter and stir-fry for a while over medium heat

5. Add appropriate amount of boiling water, seasonings and auxiliary materials (bay leaves, fennel, cinnamon, star anise, dried chili peppers), and simmer for about 1 hour.

6. When the pig's trotter is cooked a little soft, prepare the chopped pepper shrimp

7. Chop the shrimp in the middle, leaving the shell attached. Do not cut it completely. Chop the garlic and chili peppers and mix them with salt, sugar, chicken powder and salad oil. Chop the green onions and coriander.

8. Place a plate in the steamer of the WOLL multi-function cooking pot, place the shrimps with their openings facing upwards, and fill the shrimps with the chopped pepper ingredients.

9. Place the cooking pot steamer and the plate in the pot where the pork knuckle is being cooked.

10. Cover and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes

11. After the shrimp is cooked, open the lid, sprinkle with green onions and coriander, and serve.

12. Sprinkle chopped green onions on the cooked pork knuckle and serve.
