How to make scallion oil crispy biscuits

1. First, mix all the ingredients for the water-oil dough together and knead them vigorously for a few minutes until they become a smooth dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and place it in a warm place to rise.

10. Rotate the folded dough 90 degrees, roll it into a rectangle, and fold it again.

11. After folding the dough twice, roll it into a rectangle with a thickness of about 0.2cm

12.Cut off the irregular corners to make a regular rectangle. Use a fork to poke some small holes in the dough and cut it into small squares.
