How to make beef cubes with green pepper

1. 6. Pour in onions, stir a few times, add salt and pepper; stir-fry for a while;

7. Pour in the beef cubes, add 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, and stir quickly;

8. Pour the sauce prepared in advance with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of seafood sauce, 1 teaspoon of corn starch and 1/4 bowl of water in the middle of the dish, stir quickly and serve.
