1. Prepare all the ingredients!

Taiwanese pineapples do not need to be soaked in salt water!

3. Wash the shrimps, remove the shrimp thread and peel them, cut them into three, and cut all the vegetables into dices for later use!

4. Add oil to the pan, pour the shrimp in and stir-fry quickly, add a little cooking wine or vinegar to remove the fishy smell, and add a little black pepper to season! The shrimp cannot be too old, so serve as soon as possible and set aside!

5. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, add onions and carrots in turn and stir-fry until fragrant!

6. Add corn, green pepper and pineapple and stir-fry for two minutes!

7. Add the rice and stir well, add appropriate amount of salt and bonito sauce for seasoning, and finally add the fried shrimp, green curry powder and black pepper and stir-fry for two minutes!

8. Remove from heat and place in the scooped pineapple container! My son loves fish floss, so I put some in! You can choose to add other ready-to-eat foods that your child likes!

9. Pair it with fruit or juice for a great breakfast!
