11. Use the center of your palm to roll the mashed potatoes into a ball.

12. Use your palm to press it into small potato pancakes.

13. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, put the potato cakes into the pan, and turn the pan several times continuously.

14. Use a spatula to turn the potato pancake over and fry the other side.

15. When both sides turn golden brown, it is ready to be served.
