How to make iron plate tofu meatballs

The pressure at work should not be an excuse for us not to cook for ourselves. After all, eating out is only a stopgap measure. It is more practical to learn how to make some home-cooked dishes by ourselves. The method of grilled tofu meatballs is actually very simple, and it is not difficult to learn even for a novice in cooking.

1. Put the tofu into a clean container and grind it, then add the carrot pieces and mix well.

2. Crack an egg and mix well with salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and cornstarch.

3. Add chopped green onion and mix well before making meatballs. Keep some of the chopped green onion for serving.

4. Shape into balls of similar size.

5. Heat the pan and add appropriate amount of oil (enough for frying meatballs). Heat until 6/7 layer, add meatballs and fry until golden brown.

6. As shown in the picture below, you can remove the fish and drain the oil.

7. Prepare tin foil, press it into the shape of an iron plate, and brush it with a little oil. Fry onions until fragrant and spread them on the bottom of the tin foil. (Leave a little diced onion for the sauce) Now you can heat the teppanyaki.

8. Now start to prepare the sauce. Heat a pot and add appropriate amount of oil. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, diced onion and minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in diced tomatoes and stir-fry to bring out the lycopene.

9. Add appropriate amount of water, salt, light soy sauce and a little white sugar and cook for 2 minutes.

10. Add MSG and mix well. Finally, thicken with water starch and the sauce is ready. When thickening, add water starch and stir to see the consistency. It should not be too thin, otherwise it will not stick.

11. Put the heated iron plate on the heat insulation board, put the tin foil covered with onions on the iron plate, and you can hear a squeaking sound. Beat an egg and pour it on the edge of the onion, using the heat of the iron plate to cook the egg.

12. Place the tofu balls on top of the onions.

13. Pour the prepared sauce from the top.

14. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and the delicious and pleasing to the eye grilled tofu balls are ready to be enjoyed.

We are not completely denying the benefits of eating out, but it has many disadvantages. The method of sizzling tofu meatballs is very simple and relatively healthy.
