1. Put the prepared flour and baking powder into a bowl and knead the dough. Don’t make it too hard.

The ingredients used are carrots, fungus, tofu, and green vegetables, which are red, black, white, and green. Chop the fillings, add sesame oil, salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, chopped green onion, and chopped ginger and mix well. The color is very beautiful.

3.2 Find a piece of clean cloth to cover the basin and allow the dough to fully ferment. The main purpose of placing the cloth is to prevent the surface of the dough from becoming dry. The more complete the fermentation, the better. Generally, the fermented dough will be twice as large as the original one and have small honeycomb-shaped holes.

4. To make dumplings, divide the fermented dough into small pieces and roll them into round thin skins. However, be careful not to make the skin too thin in the middle, otherwise the bottom of the dumplings will easily break. Put the fillings into the rolled dough, pinch the edges and turn it little by little. Wrap the buns, put them in the steamer, and prepare to steam them.

5. Steam the buns in the steamer for about 15 minutes and turn off the heat. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then open the lid and take out the buns. Haha, it’s time to eat!
