10. Use a knife to cut the dough into small pieces of equal size.

11. Roll the white dough into dough sheets and knead the orange dough into balls.

12. Take a piece of white dough and place it on your hand. Place the orange ball in the center.

13. Wrap the orange ball using the same method as making dumplings.

14. Roll them into a ball, place the sealed side down and let them stand for 15 minutes.

15. Brush the steaming plate with oil, put the steamed buns in it, and cut a cross in the center of the buns with a knife. Boil water in the steamer over high heat, then steam over medium heat for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before serving.

16. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
