How to make chicken yolk egg steamed cake

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to their busy work, which is actually not right. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. The method of steamed cake with chicken yolk and egg is easy and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. 350g clean chicken pieces

2. If you need a blender and don’t have one at home, you can use manual labor to chop the meat.

3. Chop the pork fat into small pieces

4. Mix the chicken filling and pork fat together, stir clockwise, add a spoonful of salt, pepper powder, MSG, and light soy sauce and mix well.

5. Prepare two eggs and separate the egg white and yolk. Put them into two containers respectively.

6. Add 3 tablespoons of starch and egg white to the minced meat, add half a bowl of warm water, and stir constantly.

7. Brush oil on the bottom of a stainless steel plate and pour the meat filling into the plate. Cover with plastic wrap and steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes and then turn off the heat.

8. After the filling is cooked, beat the egg liquid and pour it on the steamed filling. Continue steaming for 2 minutes.

9. Let it cool down and use a knife to scoop it up slowly.

10. Cut into pieces and serve

To prepare the dish of steamed cake with chicken yolk and egg, you don’t need to control the heat or have profound cooking skills. It only takes less than half an hour to enjoy the delicious food.
