Ingredients: 150 grams of shredded eel, 75 grams of sweet pepper, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, salt, MSG, chopped green onion, wet starch and peanut oil.

Preparation method: Heat peanut oil in a wok, stir-fry the eel shreds, wait until the water is dry, add cooking wine, salt and chopped green onion, continue to stir-fry until the flavors are absorbed, then add shredded bell pepper, stir-fry thoroughly, add a little water, MSG and sugar, boil for 3 minutes, thicken with wet starch, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve as a side dish.

2. Peach and Chicken

Ingredients: 200 grams of chicken breast, 75 grams of walnut kernels, 30 grams of green beans (green vegetables and cucumbers are also OK), chopped green onions, garlic slices, egg white, water starch, refined salt, MSG, and cooking wine in appropriate amounts.

Method: Dice the chicken breast and marinate it. Mix the broth, salt, MSG and water starch into juice. Fry the chicken until cooked. Add a little oil to the wok, add scallion and garlic slices, stir-fry until fragrant, add cooking wine, add diced chicken, green beans, and walnut kernels, stir-fry, pour in the prepared sauce, quickly toss evenly, remove from the pan and serve.

3. Snail meat and chives

Ingredients: 150 grams of snail meat, 100 grams of leeks, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, salt, sugar, and vegetable oil, and a little chopped green onion.

Preparation method: Remove the impurities from the snail meat and wash it clean; pick and wash the leeks, and cut them into sections. Put oil in the pot and heat it to 60% hot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add snail meat, roast and stir-fry until the snail meat is cooked and flavorful, add leek segments, continue stir-frying until the leek is flavorful but not mushy, then remove from the pot, serve on a plate and serve.

Efficacy: It is an ideal dish for children to supplement calcium and prevent and treat bone diseases, and it has the effect of promoting children's height growth.

4. Colorful Chicken Shaved Tofu

Ingredients: 50 grams of carrots, 1 bell pepper, 200 grams of tofu (northern), 10 grams of dried shrimp, 50 grams of pork filling. Appropriate amounts of salt, garlic, light soy sauce and vegetable oil.

Method: Pour vegetable oil into a wok, add minced garlic when the oil is hot, stir-fry the minced meat and dried shrimp, then add diced carrots and stir-fry until cooked. Add the whole piece of firm tofu and break it up with a spatula. Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add chopped green pepper and stir-fry for a while, and finally add salt to season.
