How to make kudzu and carrot soup more delicious

Method 1:

Material:

1. 2 carrots, about 250g;

2. One root of Pueraria lobata, about 300g;

3. 500g pork bones;

4. Salt

practice:

1. Wash the carrots with clean water and cut into small pieces for later use;

2. Peel the kudzu root, wash it with clean water, cut it into pieces with a knife, and set aside;

3. Wash the pork bones with clean water and cut them into pieces. Then scald the pork bones with hot water and wash them with clean water again. Drain the water and set aside.

4. After cleaning the pot, add appropriate amount of water, put carrots, kudzu vine, and pork bones into the pot and cook for about 2.5 hours;

5. Finally, add appropriate amount of salt;

6. The carrot, kudzu and pork bone soup is ready.

Method 2:

Material

1 kudzu root (about 400g), 1 carrot (about 200g), 500g pork spine, 2 candied dates, 10 bowls of water

practice

1. Peel the kudzu and carrots separately, clean them and cut them into thick pieces with a rolling knife;

2. Rinse the pork bones and remove any foam;

3. Refresh the candied dates with water;

4. Put all the ingredients into the soup pot and add 10 bowls of water;

5. Cook over high heat until the water boils, then switch to medium-low heat and cook for 2 hours;

6. Add salt to taste.
