Staple food: that is, carbohydrates. The most common ones are naturally cakes, bread, potatoes, noodles, etc.

Fruit: The freshest fruits of the season are also the sweetest and most natural. I do not recommend eating fruits out of season. One reason is that they are more expensive, and the other is that they will always lack nutrition and taste.

Vegetables: The main source of dietary fiber. Freshness is more important than fruits, and their shelf life is relatively shorter.

Meat (fish, milk, eggs and other animal foods): the main source of protein, fat and calcium, and also the part of food that has the strongest taste.

Plenty of water: The water here is a general term, including but not limited to juice, sparkling water, coffee, tea, soy milk, milk and other liquid beverages; of course, I think the biggest function of this part is not only to reset your taste buds, but also to effectively prevent choking at critical moments. Don't laugh. I have been saved several times by a glass of water at hand, so now I will never eat without water.
