How to kill fish

What do you do when you are unhappy? Maybe you will choose to cry or laugh, or go out and have fun, or smoke or drink, etc., but I believe there are definitely people who are willing to choose "eating". When you are unhappy, you might as well make something delicious for yourself, maybe your mood will improve immediately. Well, let me first introduce the method of killing fish.

1. Clean the live carp and cut a knife in the front and back of the fish to remove the fishy lines (the fishy lines on both sides should be removed)

2. Debone the fish and slice the fish meat. (Fish bones can be used to make fish soup)

3. Slice the fish and separate the fish meat and skin

4. Cut the fish meat into thin slices and the fish skin into sections

5. Put the fish bones into a pot of boiling water and add scallions and ginger slices. Boil the fish skin in the pot of fish soup and put the boiled fish skin in a bowl. Put the cut fish meat in a large bowl for later use.

6. Peel the potatoes, cut them into strips and soak them in cold water to remove the starch.

7. Then blanch it in boiling water and then cool it down

8. Cut appropriate amount of kohlrabi into shreds, carrots into shreds, cucumbers, and prepare scallions, minced ginger, and minced garlic.

9. Put rice vinegar in the bowl with fish fillets, the amount of rice vinegar should be higher than the fish fillets, then gently mix it with your hands. The fish meat will be "killed" for about five minutes. When the fish fillets turn white, drain the rice vinegar, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, minced garlic, and then add fried dried chili segments, chili oil, sesame seeds, salt, MSG, sugar, and sesame oil. Don’t forget to add some rice vinegar and mix well. (This time, the amount of rice vinegar should be the same as the amount you use to mix cold dishes)

10. Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan, stir-fry the carrots and serve.

11. Pour the mixed fish fillet into the bowl with shredded potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi, and add the blanched fish skin.

12. Then add some mustard oil according to your taste and mix thoroughly. Put the mixed fish on a plate.
