7. Scoop out the coagulated soy milk with a spoon, pour it into a wooden box, cover it neatly with a cloth, press a weight of the same size on it, and let it stand for 5 minutes.

8. Take out the pressed tofu and cut it into large pieces

9. Chop the peppers, onions, garlic and coriander

10. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add soy sauce and vinegar, and mix well.
