After everything is completed, take the mold, dip it in an appropriate amount of high flour, and carve out the corresponding model.

6. Sprinkle a little high flour on the baking tray in advance, put the cut dough into the baking tray one by one, and let it ferment for the second time. Take it out when it is twice as large

7. Heat the oil pan, pour in about 500g of salad oil (depending on your needs), heat over medium heat to about 160 degrees, and put in the fermented donuts

8. Fry the donuts until both sides are golden brown

9. Drain the oil and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper to cool.
