How to make double-cooked meat patties

Some people may think that cooking at home is too complicated. In fact, it is not impossible to have a delicious and nutritious dinner at home as long as you master some simple recipes. It is easy to make twice-cooked meat patties. Even if you don’t have a talent for cooking, you can still make delicious dishes for your family.

1. Grind the pork into minced meat, wash and peel the carrots, cook the white rice and serve it in a bowl (leftover rice tastes better)

2. Cut the green onion into chopped green onions

3. Grate carrots

4. Set aside a small amount of carrot shreds, and cut the ginger and remaining green onions into shreds.

5. Cut the remaining carrots into small pieces and set aside

6. Add chopped green onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and sesame oil to the minced meat and mix well.

7. Add two eggs to the mixed meat filling and beat vigorously in one direction.

8. Then let it sit for ten minutes

9. Add rice and chopped carrots to the meat filling and mix well.

10. Make sure every grain of rice is mixed well and leave it for ten minutes.

11. Mix tomato sauce, oyster sauce and sugar evenly.

12. Mix starch with a bowl of water and pour into the tomato sauce mixture

13. Preheat the electric baking pan, add a small amount of oil, scoop a spoonful of the mixed meat filling with a spoon, put it in the electric baking pan and press it into small round cakes.

14. Put the meat filling into the electric baking pan in this way

15. Bake both sides of the pancakes until golden brown

16. Remove the meat patties and drain the oil for later use

17. Heat another pan to sauté shredded ginger

18. Pour the prepared tomato sauce into the pot and bring to a boil

19. Add the fried meat patties

20. Slowly dry the juice over medium heat

21. Pour in shredded carrots and green onions before serving

22. Gently stir and mix evenly

23. Remove from the pan and serve

24. Pour the excess soup on top

25. Bright colors and rich flavors, come and have a piece
