How to make Old Beijing Bean Sauce

When I get home from get off work, I should cook a delicious meal for my family, but we only eat a few kinds of food every day. What should I cook today? ! Don’t worry, today I’m going to introduce you to a delicious Old Beijing bean paste. Come and learn how to make it now!

1. Cut the five-spice dried tofu and carrots into green bean-sized cubes. Wash the soybeans and green beans and set aside.

2.1 Bring the water to a boil, blanch the pig skin in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then remove and rinse with cold water

3.2 Wash the pig skin with water and remove the hair on the surface with tweezers

4.1 Cut the processed pig skin into strips

5.2 Use a knife to scrape off the white fat inside the pig skin

6. Add about 2 liters of hot water to the pot, put the pig skin in and boil it over high heat, skim off the foam on the surface

7. Add other seasonings and ingredients to the water and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

8. When the soup in the pot becomes slightly thick, take out the seasoning bag, add green beans, carrot cubes, and dried tofu and cook for about 10 minutes.

9. Pour the cooked bean paste into a container and let it cool. Put it in the refrigerator overnight and let it solidify. Then take it out, cut it into pieces and pour garlic juice on it.
