Cook all the shrimps in turn. Figure D shows the shrimps soaked in cold water. The shrimps treated in this way can be kept in the refrigerator for a week and can be used at any time. Therefore, this step can be done in advance. It is very important to choose this soup for parties.

5. The three-fresh soup is very quick and easy to make! Heat a spoonful of vegetable oil in a pot, push in the small cabbage and stir-fry until the cabbage turns green, add the boiling water needed for the soup at once, cover and boil until the water boils again, open the lid, add the drained shrimp, cook a spoonful of cooking wine, add salt to taste, keep the heat high, then add the shredded pork and egg into the boiling soup, mix and continue to cook for one minute, then turn off the heat, sprinkle with white pepper and chopped green onions.
