How to make steamed fish fillet

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of steamed fish fillets.

1.1 Slice the fish meat after removing the fish bones.

2.2 Cut the purchased fish into pieces according to the dish you want to make. (I braised the fish belly, steamed the fish fillets, and chopped the remaining scraps to make fish balls)

3.1 Place the marinated fish fillets with skin on and arrange them vertically.

4.2 Marinate the fish fillets with wine, ginger juice and a little salt.

5. Turn the arranged fish fillets over, haha, it will become a beautiful fish fillet flower.

6. Put the prepared fish fillets into the steamer and steam them over high heat for five minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while.

7. Prepare light soy sauce and add a little white sugar, mix well, add some water and bring to a boil, pour it on the fish fillets out of the steamer and then place on a plate with cucumber slices.
