1. Materials

Selected ingredients: Mascarpone cheese, butter, low-gluten flour, high-gluten flour, eggs

Accessories: 125g pumpkin seeds, 250g yeast, 125g raisins, 100g peanuts (raw), 10g alkali

2. Production Method

1. Add water (1250g) to flour and stir well to make yeast dough, knead thoroughly and let it ferment;

2. Chop winter melon candy and peanuts into fine pieces;

3. Add alkali and sugar to the fermented dough and knead it evenly. Roll it into a dough sheet 80 cm long and 40 cm wide;

4. Add honey osmanthus evenly and fold six layers along the two ends of the long dough from one end to the other;

5. Press the sides tightly with your hands, and then roll it into a 40 cm square cake;

6. Sprinkle raisins, melon seeds, wax gourd sugar powder, peanut powder evenly on the cake base, and steam it in a steamer over high heat until cooked;

7. After taking it out of the steamer, use a knife to cut it into 50 pieces of 4 cm square cake.

3. Tips for making

To make this product taste better, you can add appropriate amount of winter melon sugar powder and candied osmanthus peanuts.

Tips - Food incompatibility:

Raisins: When taking spironolactone, triamterene and potassium supplements, it is not advisable to eat raisins and other foods high in potassium at the same time, otherwise it is easy to cause hyperkalemia, gastrointestinal cramps, abdominal distension, diarrhea and arrhythmia.

Peanut kernels (raw): For those with weak stomachs, peanuts should not be eaten with cucumbers or crabs, otherwise it will easily cause diarrhea.
