Everyone has heard of wife cake, its taste is a bit similar to glutinous rice and red bean paste. It is not as sweet as red bean paste, and it has the chewy taste of glutinous rice, so it is very popular. Materials

Main ingredients: low-gluten flour oil skin 200 grams lard (refined) oil skin 60 grams sugar oil skin 40 grams water oil skin 90 grams

Accessories: 120g glutinous rice flour filling 120g sugar filling 150g water filling 20g salad oil filling 40g cooked sesame filling 30g milk powder filling 60g lard shortbread 120g low-gluten flour shortbread

1. Put sugar, water and salad oil in a pot and boil until the water boils. Turn to low heat after the sugar dissolves.

Add glutinous rice flour, milk powder and sesame seeds, mix well and serve on a plate;

Microwave for about 2 minutes, until the filling becomes thick and can be kneaded into balls by hand, then divide into 16 portions for later use;

4. Knead the dough and shortbread ingredients into dough and let them rest for half an hour;

After kneading each into a round shape, take a piece of oil dough and flatten it;

10. Make all the dough rolls one by one, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

13. Cover the rolled dough with plastic wrap again and let it rest for 15 minutes.

14. Pick up a small dough roll and fold both sides towards the middle.

15. Bend it and lay it flat, then press it with your hands.

16. Roll into round pieces.

17. Wrap the filling in, pinch the opening tightly, place it with the opening facing downwards, and press it into a flat round shape.

18. Brush the surface with egg yolk liquid.

19. Use a sharp knife to make two cuts on the surface.

20. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
