How to make dried bonito skin, winter melon and pork soup

1. Soak the dried bonito skin in cold water and set aside

2.1 Peel the winter melon and cut into thick pieces. Chop the garlic into small pieces and set aside.

3.2 Marinate the meat slices with appropriate amount of salt, cornstarch, sugar, cooking wine and pepper

4.1 Stir-fry winter melon for 2 minutes

5.2 Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant
