How to make delicious dried vegetables

Nowadays, people no longer like to eat big fish and meat, not only because they have eaten enough of them, but also because eating too much of them is not good for their health. People prefer to eat some vegetables, and amaranth is a good choice. Amaranth is also called amaranth, which is a kind of herb and an annual plant. There are many ways to prepare it. 1. Cold dried vegetables

2/6 Put the washed dried vegetables into boiling water, stir from time to time, and they will be cooked after about 3 to 5 minutes, and can be taken out at this time.

3/6 When scooping out dried vegetables, hang them in the air for a while to reduce the water and prevent too much dried vegetable soup from being produced. The dried vegetables should be placed in a basin to let them cool down.

4/6 After the dried vegetables have cooled, they should be placed on a chopping board and cut into small pieces for easier eating.

5/6 Add seasoning. This step directly affects the final taste of the dried vegetables. I use sesame paste as the main seasoning, then add mashed garlic and a little chicken essence and mix well.

6/6 If you have sesame seeds at home, you can add a little more, stir it and you can eat it!

2. Garlic Dried Vegetables

1. Select the dried vegetables, remove the old ones, soak them in water and rub them clean

2. Squeeze out the water and garlic, set aside

3. Heat oil and sauté garlic

4. Pour in the dried vegetables, stir fry with chopsticks, and season

1/10 Remove the dead leaves of the dried vegetables.

2/10 Soak the dried vegetables in a pool of water to wash away the impurities.

3/10 Drain the water and set aside.

4/10 Pour about 25 ml of cooking oil into the pot. Heat until 60% hot.

5/10 Pour the dried vegetables into the pot and stir-fry for about one minute.

6/10 Add a little salt to taste.

7/10 Add appropriate amount of lard.

8/10 After adding salt, the dried vegetables will release water.

9/10 Adding a little soy sauce makes our meals more delicious.

10/10 Heat high heat for one minute until the sauce is reduced and serve.
