Lemon clam beef brisket soup recipe

The preparation of lemon clam and beef brisket soup is not as difficult as everyone thinks. Prepare the necessary things first, then start following the steps, and remember to control the heat well.

1. Prepare the ingredients: 400 grams of clams, 30 grams of lemon, 150 grams of beef brisket, 50 grams of corn, 30 grams of carrots, 2 grams of white pepper, 5 grams of ginger, some salt, a few drops of sesame oil, and a little chopped coriander.

2.1 Cut the beef brisket into 5.5 cm chunks; slice the lemon and ginger; use a cookie cutter to shape the carrots into flowers; chop the coriander; and cut the corn into chunks.

3.2 Pour a small spoonful of salt and a small spoonful of sesame oil into a basin of clean water, pour in the clams, and let them sit for about an hour to allow them to spit out the dirt.

4.12 Put the beef brisket into boiling water to remove the blood, then wash and set aside.

5.21 Add 1000ml of water, ginger slices and salt to the cleaned beef brisket and put it into a pressure cooker and cook for 25 minutes.

6. Take the cooked beef brisket out of the pressure cooker, remove the ginger slices, pour it into the soup pot together with 700ml of soup and corn cubes, and cook for 5 minutes.

7. Add carrot slices and clams and continue cooking.

8. Cook until the clams are open.

9. After turning off the heat, add lemon slices, pepper powder and appropriate amount of salt for seasoning, cover and simmer for one minute.

10. Pour into a soup bowl, drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
