5. When the fermented batter is boiled to 80℃, a layer of white foam will appear on the surface of the batter. At this time, add a little sesame oil and gently beat the batter with a spoon. After the foam disappears, the batter becomes delicate and smooth. Add noodles, sesame leaves, and salt, cook for 5 minutes, and add chicken essence.

6. Sprinkle with soybeans, celery, sesame oil and chili oil.
