2. Steps

17. Pour the garlic sprouts into the pot;

18. Stir-fry evenly.

1. When buying pig's feet, if you like more meat, buy the front legs, and if you like more tendons, buy the hind legs;

2. It is best to cook the pig's feet before cooking. If not, cook them for a longer time when blanching in steps 3 and 4;

3. There is garlic in the spicy ciba, and garlic is also added when stewing pig's feet. When stewing, you need to turn the food over occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the pan;

4. Both spicy glutinous rice cake and light soy sauce have saltiness, so adjust the salt as appropriate.
