9. Add longan meat.

10. Stir evenly with a spoon and continue to simmer over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes.

11. Cook until the porridge is smooth and the lotus seeds are soft and crispy. If you like sweet food, you can add appropriate amount of sugar. Longan meat is also sweet, and I think the sweetness is just right.
