How to cook catfish with oyster mushrooms

Maybe you are studying away from home, or maybe you are busy with work every day, but no matter how busy you are, you still have to eat, because it is the basic condition for your survival. There are many ways to eat, but we have to eat healthily, we have to cook our own meals, only in this way can we be healthy. For this reason, I will first talk about the recipe of catfish with oyster mushrooms.

1. Wash the fish, oyster mushrooms and pork.

2.1 Coat with flour.

3.2 Cut the fish into pieces.

4.1 Heat the pan, add oil and sprinkle salt evenly. (Non-stick pan) Add the fish and fry over medium heat until both sides of the fish are golden brown.

5.2 Tear the oyster mushrooms into strips by hand and cut the pork into cubes.

6.1 After the fish is fried, serve. Pour boiling water into the pot to clean and remove the fishy smell. Pour out the boiling water and wipe off the water in the pot with a rag.

7.2 Chop the onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper.

8. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add pork and stir-fry until slightly yellow and oil is released. Add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and fry until fragrant.

9. Add the fish, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt (use a little, as you added some when frying the fish earlier), fermented bean curd juice, and pepper.

10. Cook over high heat, pour in boiling water, add cooking wine, and add oyster mushrooms. (Do not cover to allow the fishy smell to evaporate)

11. Cook over medium heat until there is little liquid left in the pot and then remove the fish.

Although the dish of catfish with oyster mushrooms is simple to make, if you have never cooked and don’t understand it, you might as well ask your elders for help. Under the guidance of your elders, you will definitely be able to do better.
