How to make pork and cabbage noodles

1.Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam until soft.

6. After heating the oil, sauté the ginger, garlic, and dried chilies, then add water. After boiling, tear off a small piece of the dough, pinch it into a thin piece and put it into the pot, tearing it as you go.

7. After all the noodles are put into the pot, add the cabbage and bring to a boil.

8. After the noodles float up, add pork slices, salt and chicken essence for seasoning, add a few drops of sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
