The method of making carrot-stuffed buns is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well. 1. Take out the shredded carrots and squeeze out the moisture with your hands. 7. Add 1/2 bowl of minced meat, chopped green onion, chopped ginger and all other seasonings to the bowl of shredded carrots. 8. Mix the filling evenly. 9. 600 grams of fermented dough and one tablespoon of alkali. 10. Add the alkaline into the fermented dough and knead it thoroughly. 11. Cut the kneaded dough into small pieces of the same size. 12. Knead each small dough evenly and roll it into a pancake with a thick middle and thin edges. 13. Take one side of the pancake and wrap it with carrot filling. 14. After wrapping everything, place them in the pot, cover and let them rise for a while. 15. Put the pot into cold water, which is equivalent to proofing it twice. Steam it on medium heat for 20 minutes after boiling. Remove from heat after 3 minutes. Eating out every day not only wastes money and time, but also "wastes" your health.
