1. Prepare wheat flour.

2. Prepare the pumpkin.

3. Peel, wash and slice the pumpkin; put it into a microwave-safe bag.

4. Microwave the pumpkin slices for 2 minutes.

5. Mash the cooked pumpkin into a paste.

6. Add dry yeast to pumpkin puree and mix well.

7. Pour the pumpkin puree with yeast into the flour.

8. Knead the dough into a smooth dough and let it stand for 15 minutes for the first fermentation.

9. Divide the dough into small pieces and make them into various steamed buns.

10. The steamed bun dough was placed in a warm place for the second fermentation, which took 90 minutes.

11. Put the fermented steamed bun dough into a pot of boiling water and steam it for 20 minutes; turn off the heat and steam it for 5 minutes before taking it out.
