Fried tofu

Tofu is a food that contains a lot of protein and starch. In our daily lives, we have many ways to prepare it. It can be made into fried fragrant tofu and stinky tofu. Fried Tofu Stuffed with Meat

Ingredients: pork belly, golden tofu, minced garlic, cornstarch, soy sauce, chopped green onion

1. First, slice the pork belly and chop the garlic, then mix it with cornstarch and salt.

2. Cut the golden tofu in half.

3. After chopping the meat, use chopsticks to put it into the halved tofu.

4. Put them into the pan and fry them, turning them upside down one by one.

5. Fry for three to five minutes and then fry it over again.

6. After frying, add soy sauce and water. Then boil the water dry and serve directly.

Vegetarian Steamed Fried Tofu

Ingredients: fried tofu, glutinous rice, fried dough sticks, daylily

Production:

1. Buy 6 large square pieces of deep-fried tofu. Make a hole in each piece of deep-fried tofu. Use a spoon to empty the inside. Then put it in boiling water for one minute and take it out to squeeze out the water.

2. Add soy sauce, MSG, salt, sugar and other seasonings to the glutinous rice, leave it aside for 4 hours to make it taste good, then steam the glutinous rice in a pot until it is cooked;

3. Cut a whole dough stick into small pieces, mix it with glutinous rice, divide the mixed glutinous rice into small balls, and stuff them into fried tofu;

4. Use a few lily stalks to tie the fried tofu into small packages. Steam them for 10 minutes before eating.

Nutritional Value

Tofu is extremely nutritious, containing iron, magnesium, potassium, niacin, copper, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, folic acid, vitamin B1, lutein and vitamin B6. Every 100 grams of firm tofu contains 69.8% water, 15.7 grams of protein, 8.6 grams of fat, 4.3 grams of carbohydrates and 0.1 gram of fiber, providing 611.2 kilojoules of calories. The high amino acid and protein content in tofu makes it a good complement to grains. 78% of tofu fat is unsaturated fatty acids and it contains no cholesterol, so it is known as "plant meat". The digestion and absorption rate of tofu is over 95%. Two small pieces of tofu can meet a person's daily calcium needs.
