Ingredients: 100g polished rice, 150g cucumber, 150g winter melon

Ingredients: 2 flower crabs, 40 grams of rice.

Auxiliary ingredients: 5 grams of shredded ginger, 5 grams of chopped green onion, 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of chicken essence, and 5 grams of sesame oil.

1. Wash the flower crab, shell it and chop it into pieces; wash the rice and set aside.

2. Place the casserole on the fire, add rice and water in a ratio of 2:8, bring to a boil over high heat and then continue to simmer over low heat.

3. When the rice is soft, add the prepared flower crab and shredded ginger and continue to cook. When it becomes rice porridge, add salt and chicken essence, mix well, drizzle with a little sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
