1. To make the puff pastry: soften 25 grams of butter, add 25 grams of powdered sugar and 25 grams of high-gluten flour, and knead into dough. Place the kneaded dough in the freezer until it is frozen.

2. Use a grater to shred the frozen dough to make puff pastry.

3. Cake making: Wash and pit 80g fresh cherries, and chop them slightly (not too finely)

4. After 100g of butter is softened, add powdered sugar and salt and beat until the color turns white and the volume becomes larger.

5. Add the egg liquid three times, stirring each time until the egg and butter are completely blended before adding the next

6. The stirred butter should be smooth and delicate, without egg and oil separation

7. Mix the flour and baking powder and sift them into the butter

8. Gently stir evenly to form cake batter

9. Pour the cake batter into the mold until it is 4-5% full

10. Spread a layer of chopped cherries on the cake batter

11. Use chopsticks to gently stir to mix the chopped cherries and cake batter together. Don't mix too evenly.

14. Put it in the oven preheated at 180 degrees, on the upper layer, bake until the surface is colored, then lower the temperature to 150 degrees, move the baking tray to the lower layer, and bake for a total of 25-30 minutes
