Steamed shrimp with garlic vermicelli

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Soak the vermicelli in water for about half an hour.

3. Chop the garlic, celery and chili. Place in a bowl.

4. Add one teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix well.

5. After the vermicelli is soaked in water, drain the water, place it on a plate and spread it flat. Add two tablespoons of water.
