After the green beans are shredded, they are easier to flavor and paired with tender shredded pork, it is a great dish to go with rice. In late summer and early fall, a colorful dish might just whet your appetite.

Materials

Main ingredients: 250g pork (lean) 250g green beans

Auxiliary materials: 3 grams of salt, 1 gram of MSG, 1 teaspoon of starch, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1/2 teaspoon of cooking wine

How to make stir-fried green beans with meat

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients, wash and cut green beans into strips

2. Cut the lean pork into strips, add 1 teaspoon of starch, 1 gram of salt, 0.5 grams of MSG, 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce, etc. and marinate for more than ten minutes

3. Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for two minutes

4. Take out the green beans and drain the water

5. Heat the pan, add vegetable oil, add the blanched green beans and stir-fry until 90% cooked, remove from the pan and set aside; add the pork and stir-fry until the pork changes color slightly, add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine; add the green beans and stir-fry for a while, add salt and MSG and serve

Cooking Tips

1. The bean tendons should be removed before cooking, otherwise it will affect the taste and be difficult to digest;

2. To prevent poisoning, green beans should be processed before eating. They can be blanched in boiling water or stir-fried in hot oil until they change color and are cooked through. Only then can they be safely eaten.
