Shrimp Bacon Cheesecake Recipe

7. Place the cake mold into the baking tray and pour hot water into the baking tray. The height of the hot water should preferably exceed half the height of the cake batter. If it is a removable bottom pan, you need to wrap tin foil on the bottom of the cake pan to prevent water from entering. Put the baking tray into the preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake for 1 hour until the surface is golden brown.

8. After the cake is cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 4 hours, then remove it from the mold and cut it into pieces.
