1. Put the pork, onion and ginger into a food processor and blend into minced meat. Then add it to the tofu.

2. Put the tofu into a container and mash it.

3. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, white pepper powder, appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and sesame oil, then add starch.

4. Stir well.

5. Use a small spoon to roll the meat into balls.

6. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% to 80% hot, put the meatballs in and fry them on low heat.

7. Increase the oil temperature in the pan again and fry the meatballs again.

8. Fry until the skin turns hard and golden brown, then remove from the oil.

9. Fry until the meatballs become darker in color and the skin is crispy, then remove from the oil and set aside.

10. Take a small bowl and put soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, starch and water into it and mix well. Cut the green onion into chopped green onion.

11. Leave a little oil in the pan and sauté the chopped green onions.

12. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until it becomes thick.

13. Pour in the meatballs and stir-fry quickly and evenly, coat them with sauce and turn off the heat.
