It is especially suitable for postpartum women, children and people with anemia. Therefore, people with weak spleen and stomach function can drink osmanthus tea to warm the stomach. However, it is not suitable for people with damp-heat in the spleen and stomach who have symptoms such as burning pain in the stomach, dry mouth, hunger but no desire to eat, yellow urine, and sticky stool.

In addition to drinking osmanthus tea, you can also mix osmanthus, pure lotus root powder and white sugar into osmanthus lotus root powder, which is delicious and appetizing; or take high-quality jujubes, add sugar and cook, and when the soup is almost finished, add osmanthus to make osmanthus candied jujubes that are good for the spleen and appetite.
