1. Peel the pork belly and wash it clean

5. Add to the pork belly, add onion, ginger, and 1/3 chopped onion, marinate evenly, then put into a fresh-keeping bag and put in the refrigerator. It can be 2-3 days. If you really want to eat it, it is best to have a day. If you don’t have enough time, the taste of the barbecued pork will be very different.

6. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, put the remaining sliced ​​onions in the baking tray, put the marinated pork belly on the onions, and bake for 15 minutes until dry and set.

7. Take out the reverse side and bake for another 15 minutes, then change the temperature to 210 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes

8. Take out the sauce and apply a thin layer of oil every 8 minutes or so.

9. Cook until the fat of the barbecued pork is squeezed out and the surface is evenly colored (if you change to a grill halfway, the time for baking barbecued pork can be shortened by about 15 minutes, and it will be less greasy, but there is a disadvantage that it is not so fragrant. Baking with a baking pan can absorb the aroma of onions all the time, and the barbecued pork will taste right
