1. Shrimp wonton soup

Ingredients: 50 grams of fresh shrimp, 50 grams of minced pork, 15 grams of carrots, 20 grams of chopped green onions, 10 grams of chopped ginger, 8 pieces of wonton wrappers, some coriander, and appropriate amounts of broth, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.

Preparation: Chop the shrimp, minced meat, carrot, minced ginger and chopped green onion together, add seasonings and mix well. Divide the prepared filling into 8 portions, wrap them into wonton wrappers, and cook them in boiling water; add broth to a pot and bring to a boil, put in the cooked wontons, and then add seasonings, coriander, chopped green onions, etc.

2. Black Chicken and White Phoenix Soup

Ingredients: 1 black chicken, 50 grams of white phoenix mushroom, rice wine, scallion segments, ginger slices, salt, and MSG as appropriate.

Preparation: First wash the chicken, cut it into small pieces, add water and ginger slices into a pot and boil. Add chicken pieces, rice wine and scallion segments, and simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked through; add white mushrooms, MSG and a little salt to the chicken soup, season, and boil for 3 minutes.

Nutritional tips: Black chicken has a strong effect of nourishing the liver and kidneys. Regular consumption of this soup can help mothers increase milk production and have a tonic effect.

3. Fresh carp porridge

Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh carp, 100 grams of millet.

Preparation: Descale and remove the internal organs of the fish, cut into small pieces, and cook porridge with millet over low heat until the fish and rice are cooked. It is not advisable to add salt to porridge, it is better to eat it lightly. If you use a carp to make soup, add a little soy sauce, eat the meat and drink the soup, it will have a good lactation-promoting effect.
