1. Spicy and irritating food.

Breastfeeding mothers should try to eat less irritating foods, such as leeks, garlic sprouts, chili peppers, pepper, fennel, and wine. Irritating foods can easily enter the baby's body through breast milk and affect the baby's health. A small amount of condiments, such as pepper, vinegar, etc., are still acceptable.

2. Pickled meat and fish.

3. Fried foods and high-fat foods.
