8.1 Keep frying until the rock sugar starts to foam and change color

9.2 Put a little water in the pot, then put in rock sugar, simmer over low heat, and stir-fry the sugar color with water. It is not easy for beginners to get stuck in the pot.

10. After the rock sugar changes color, simmer it over low heat

11. When it turns red, pour in cooking wine and light soy sauce. At this time, the sugar color may form lumps, so use low heat to melt it.

12. Pour the sugar color into a barrel stew pot, add water to cover the big bones, add salt, chicken essence, and sugar

13. After simmering over high heat for 10 minutes, cover and simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.
