Light foods such as porridge and noodles are very suitable for patients with gallstones. At the same time, patients should also go out for appropriate exercise. They should do soothing exercises and not strenuous exercises. This can help patients improve their body immunity.

Generally speaking, the best time to eat breakfast is between seven and eight o'clock. If you eat breakfast too early, it will interfere with the rest of the gastrointestinal tract, making the digestive system in a state of fatigue for a long time, disrupting the rhythm of gastrointestinal motility. Therefore, it is most appropriate to have breakfast half an hour after getting up at around seven o'clock, because people's appetite is the strongest at this time. It should also be noted that breakfast and lunch should be separated by about four to five hours.

One of the good things to eat for breakfast for people with gallstones is longan eight-treasure porridge. In addition to the longan and lotus seed eight-treasure porridge sold on the market, we can make it ourselves, and it is not troublesome at all.

Ingredients: Wash and peel longan; wash wolfberry; wash black rice; wash corn. These things can be soaked in cold boiled water the night before and can be used directly the next morning. First, put the black rice into the pot and cook for about five minutes, then put longan, wolfberry, and corn in turn. After you finish washing up, you can serve it.

What to eat for breakfast for gallstones? Goji berry and fungus soup, 20 grams of white fungus, 15 grams of goji berries; seasoning: 1 tablespoon of rock sugar

1. Wash the white fungus, soak it until soft, and tear it into small pieces; wash the wolfberries and set aside. (These tasks can be done in advance the night before)

2. Put all the ingredients into a pot, add 2-3 cups of water and simmer for about 30 minutes. Then add rock sugar and cook until the sugar melts and it is ready to eat.
